Sveti Petar is a small resort only 5km away from Biograd. If you are searching for some peace and quiet, natural pine surroundings, beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea than this is a place for you. It is ideal for families with children, elderly or couples who are not interested in all night long parties. In this little settlement you can relax without fearing that someone will disrupt your privacy. The town got its name by the Church of St. Peter the apostle from the 18th century. And in the sole centre you can see the remains of medieval buildings that once belonged to the abbey on Rogovo. For more significant archaeological sites you can check out the remains of the citadel on the Pecina locality and the cave Buta. If you decide that this is your vacationing spot you won’t regret your decision because apart from the beautiful nature the hospitable hosts that will do their best to make your stay unforgettable will equally amaze you. You can find accommodation in apartments, rooms, camps and one smaller hotel. And if you wish to refresh yourself with domestic food and a beverage you can do so by visiting one of the restaurants and cafes in the city centre and then enjoy a light stroll down town that offers a view on the island of Pasman and its archipelago. Our recommendation is that you visit the restaurant Maestral. If you wish to go out you can head for the nearby Biograd or Zadar that have numerous cafes and disco clubs in their offer.
